Data we process

For enquiries, we process the name, email, shelter when provided, subject, message, language and evidence of the accepted notice. For access requests, we also process the shelter and representative details, tax identifier, location, description, web presence, requested subdomain and review tracking.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer enquiries, assess access requests and, if approved, create the requested account and initial configuration. The basis is responding to the person's request or taking pre-contractual steps requested by the organization and, for platform security and defence, legitimate interests subject to a documented assessment.

Recipients and providers

Only authorized platform staff have access. Vercel provides hosting and execution, Supabase provides database, authentication and storage, and Resend delivers email. The anti-abuse check is processed within the platform. We do not sell the data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the applicable contractual mechanisms and safeguards. Each provider's contractual terms and effective location must be validated before real-data collection is enabled.

Retention

Enquiries are anonymized after 365 days. Unresolved requests are anonymized after 180 days and rejected requests 365 days after the decision. After approval, the original request is anonymized after 30 days; the account and service relationship follow their own contractual and legal lifecycle.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to privacidad@protectorasonline.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Required information

An enquiry requires a name, email, subject and message. An access request requires the marked fields; the phone number and links identified as optional are not required. We cannot answer or process the request without the required information.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles. Anti-abuse verification only protects the form, and a person reviews the request.
